Job Overview
We're hiring a Partner Development Manager to drive co-sell activation and APN program advisory for our ISV clients working with AWS. In this role, you will own the day-to-day coordination between ISV sales teams and AWS sales teams, ensuring joint opportunities move from registration to close.

What You'll Own
Co-Sell Activation:
Drive opportunity registration, deal tracking, and co-sell coordination across cloud marketplaces
Maintain regular communication between ISV account teams and cloud partner managers
Track and report on co-sell pipeline, win rates, and partner engagement metrics
Partner Relationship Management:
Build working relationships with PDMs, PSMs, and field sellers at AWS
Coordinate joint account mapping sessions and partner co-sell engagements
Identify and remediate blockers in the co-sell process
Client Enablement:
Train ISV sales teams on partner program mechanics and co-sell best practices
Maintain updated documentation on partner program requirements and incentives
Support the creation of co-sell plays and partner-facing materials
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years in partner development, channel sales, or alliance management
Working knowledge of at least one cloud provider's partner program (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience with co-sell mechanics including opportunity registration and marketplace transactions
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Excellent communication skills across email, Slack, and video calls
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience at an ISV, SI, or cloud provider in an AWS partner-facing role
Familiarity with CRM and PRM tools (Salesforce, Crossbeam, Tackle, etc.)
Understanding of MEDDIC or similar sales qualification frameworks
Entrepreneurial mindset of building solutions to problems and navigating ambiguity
