Job Overview

We're hiring an Account Director to lead client delivery and project execution across Symbio's portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, manage project timelines and deliverables, and ensure every client engagement meets Symbio's quality standards.

Why This Role

Leadership. You'll own client relationships, not just support engagements. This role carries real responsibility for client outcomes and team coordination.

Exposure. You'll work across our full service offering—co-sell activation, partner marketing, sales enablement—and across all three major cloud ecosystems. Few roles offer this breadth of partnership GTM experience.

Path. This role is designed to grow into a practice GM position. We're building the team that will scale Symbio, and we're looking for people who want to grow with us.

What You'll Own

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Lead kickoff calls, status meetings, and executive reviews

  • Proactively identify client needs and expansion opportunities

Project Delivery:

  • Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverable schedules

  • Coordinate internal resources and external contractors to meet deadlines

  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before client delivery

Subject Matter Expert:

  • Assist in defining co-selling and co-marketing tactics and strategies for clients

  • Represent a subject matter expert of Symbio co-sell and co-marketing

  • Understand inside and out of cloud provider ecosystem GTM

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years in the public cloud ecosystem (ISV or CSP)

  • Strong client communication and project delivery skills

  • Deep understanding of how AWS co-selling works and AWS partner programs

  • Familiarity with the sales processes of ISVs and Cloud Service Providers

  • Strong communication skills and executive presence

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience at an agency or professional services firm

  • Previous experience as a Partner Marketing Manager or similar role

  • Entrepreneurial mindset of building solutions to problems and navigating ambiguity
